We ship from Canada and offer both domestic and international shipping.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Tri Forged Studios is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier.

If a package appears lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking information provided.


Damaged Shipments

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item
• Photos of the packaging

We will work with you to help resolve the issue.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees to resend.
