Return and Refund Policy

At Tri Forged Studios, every piece is handcrafted, often made to order, and sometimes customized specifically for each customer. Because of this, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds.

Custom and Made to Order Items

All custom, made to order, or limited run items are final sale. Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.

This includes items that are:
• Made to order
• Customized or personalized
• Produced in limited or small batches
• Hand finished or hand painted

Minor variations in finish, color, or texture are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item and packaging
• A brief description of the issue

If a problem is confirmed, we will work with you to find a solution. This may include a repair, replacement, or other appropriate resolution depending on the situation.


Shipping Responsibility

Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered, Tri Forged Studios is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend choosing tracked and insured shipping options at checkout whenever available.


Exchanges

We do not offer standard exchanges. However, if there is an issue with your order, please reach out and we will do our best to help.
