About Tri Forged Studios

At Tri Forged Studios, we build all things cool.

What started as a hobby grew into something much bigger. In 2016, a last-minute opportunity came up for a major event. With just 5 days to deliver, we stepped in and built 25 custom cabinets for Toronto Fan Expo. That moment turned a passion for making into a full fabrication studio built on saying yes, figuring it out, and delivering.

Today, Tri Forged Studios is a team of talented makers creating replicas, props, and display pieces using a mix of 3D printing, molding and casting, fabrication, and hand finishing. Every piece is made using professional industry techniques and multiple materials to ensure it feels solid, polished, and built to last.

All of our items are made in small batches, allowing us to focus on detail, quality, and finishes that would not be possible at scale. These are pieces designed to be displayed, collected, and appreciated.

Built for Fans. Made for Us Too.

As a custom fabrication studio, much of our work is created for others. While that is a huge part of what we do, this shop is different.

This is our space to create what we want, experiment, and bring ideas to life on our own terms. It is where our passion projects live, and where we get to build the kinds of pieces we would want to own ourselves.
